wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The Terahertz Photonics Laboratory is a part of the Department of Optoelectronics of Center of Physical Sciences and Technology (FTMC). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work of the laboratory is focused on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Development of compact room temperature THz detectors and emitters for spectroscopic THz imaging, security and medical applications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of compact THz components (filters, lenses, polarizators) and integration with THz detectors and emitters;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigation of semiconductor nanostructures (AlGaAs\/GaAs ir AlGaN\/GaN heterostructures; doped quantum wells, superlattices, superlattice\/quantum dots\/quantum rods systems) for THz photonics devices;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terahertz broadband spectroscopy of carbon nanostructures and their composites;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terahertz plasmonics and metamaterials.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\"
